Some families just do not practice old-fashion values anymore. You know, like love, honesty, trust, etc. Some like to hurt their kids, kidnap and even torture kids. This was just the case in Tracy, CA on Monday when a 17 year old boy (who looked no older than 12 years old, as he was so emanciated and terrified) showed up at a local gym and asked to be hidden, as he was afraid his captors would find him and take him back. Oh yeah! He was wearing a shackle and chain around his ankle and only wearing boxer shorts. What the hell? Fortunately, police were able to question 2 suspects: Kelly Layne Lau and Michael Schumacher and then searched their residence. Interesting, they had 4 other children who by all accounts, are just fine and healthy. But, there was evidence in the home implicating them to the crimes committed against this 17 year old boy, who may never recover from the treatment he received. Today, the boy’s aunt and one-time guardian, Caren Ramirez, was arrested as well for her part in this. Details on the boy’s escape and how he got to be at the torture home are still a bit fuzzy, but at leasthe is no longer there.

And I bet that somewhere along the way, he will be blamed for all of this. But, he is still a child. He did not deserve this.
